The simplest way to deal with this issue is to add your friend email address to your WebAccess Contact list. Emails from email addresses that are in the Contact list will not be tested for SPAM.
1.Log in to EpicMail WebAccess
2.Find an email from your friend and highlight the email .
3.Click the link Add to Address Book.
4.The address will be added to you Contacts.
The next email from the postmaster will be delivered to the INBOX.
