Here is an option for you in not allowing Spam email to be kept in your account.
This rule will delete any email that Epic’s spam filter flags as spam.
1. Access your account via EpicMAIL web site: mail.elkhart.com
2. Click Rules in Left pane.
3. Under Rules....click New.
4. Enter the Name of the rule.

5. Click Add Condition...
6. Complete the fields as follows and then click Save

7. Click in the Action Type box and choose Delete

8. Click Save and Close


Note: If after setting up the rule, you cannot receive an email from someone, you can delete the rule and have the person resend the email to see if the email appears as spam in the Junk E-Mail folder.
